Boutique Stay
Casa Veniero

Casa Veniero is a boutique stay in Palermo, Italy, designed by Studio Elèn Letort. A dialogue between Sicilian heritage and contemporary comfort. Set in the historic heart of
Sicily’s capital, the apartment brings together timeless Italian furniture, locally sourced objects and modern design pieces in a warm, intimate interior. Inspired by Palermo’s
old Italian buildings, the interior feels classic and deeply connected to its setting, with careful respect for the apartment’s original character and its past connection to the renowned Florio family. Almond-toned walls, soft marble flooring, warm wood and carefully selected textiles create a calm backdrop for locally sourced furniture, sculptures and Murano glass details throughout. Within the living area, the Italian burl-wood desk and Mackintosh-style chair form a quiet study corner, adding a strong graphic silhouette to the otherwise soft and warm palette. The bathroom introduces a richer, more atmospheric moment, where green tones, mosaic tiles, marble flooring and the original exposed brick-vaulted ceiling add texture and historic character. The result is an elegant boutique stay where Palermo’s architectural heritage meets a quiet, contemporary sensibility.
